The ever-changing list of things to do:
Marriage license:
get money order for marriage license (DONE)
get form notarized (DONE)
send to seattle via fedex with tracking (DONE)
call to set up a time for wedding: 4:30pm, thursday may 12th, 2005 (DONE)
Dress:
order patterns (DONE)
find someone to talk to re: embroidery
order swatches (DONE)
deconstruct lane bryant shirt -- not really necessary
buy seamripper (DONE)
choose fabrics (DONE)
figure out design (DONE)
buy notions and trim (DONE)
cut and sew -- 75% completed
Suit:
have drycleaned
check to see if tie matches
check to see if white shirt fits (DONE)
Rings:
figure out platinum vs white gold (DONE)
get sized (DONE)
find diamond (DONE)
decide on setting (DONE)
order the: solitaire (DONE)
richard's band (DONE)
my band (DONE)
Flowers:
calla lilies for me (DONE)
organic/pesticide free flowers for cake
buy ribbons to tie the bouquet (DONE)
Cake:
order pans -- not making a big cake now
figure out recipe - DONE (oh the power of cake mix)
gather cooling racks etc to send to leslie's, send extra bowl out -- no need
find cheap kitchenaid mixer for leslie -- no need
make sure lellie has a 9x13 pan
get tier sized rounds to cut out mini cakes
CUPCAKES!
figure out filling and icing recipe -- can be done on the fly
make test cake at home -- yeah right!
